You will be close to everything when you stay at our single storey, centrally located home. Containing 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full size kitchen, outdoor dining area and laundry facilities. Within walking distance to the main street, local attractions and town bus terminal. 

 FortyWest is ideal for families or couples requiring a larger space than traditional motels have to offer.

 Guests have access to the entire house and backyard. The house was built in the 1920's and has been renovated to include ensuite bathroom containing a dual access, double shower, LED mirror, and sensor lighting on entering. Both bathrooms have L'Occatine and The Aromatherapy Co amenities for your use.

All bedrooms have been designed in traditional styling with 2 x King rooms, 1 x Queen and 2 x King Singles. 

 The kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain if required and has appliances including a dishwasher to suit families and groups for both short and longer stays. 

If you would prefer to dine out we have some great options for dining within walking distance, The Coffee Pedlar, Lotts Family Hotel, Criterion Hotel and our local Chinese restaurant for takeaway Chef Chew. If you can drive, a trip to The Three Blue Ducks at Nimbo Fork (approx 20 mins), or The Long Track Pantry or Sir George at Jugiong (approx 25 mins) is definitely worth the trip!

Wifi is included along with Netflix to offer the guest wanting to chill out and relax with a binge session or two of their favourite shows.
