The ARTHC Dinner & Road Run is all hosted down at the Gundagai Show Grounds. On Saturday all attendees must be seated for by 5:00pm of a 6:00pm dinner. During the night their will be a small auction and speakers.

Saturday function is a pre-pay event, bookings and payment must be in by the 4th of June 2022. Extra cost to pay on the night, drinks from the bar, auctions purchase, raffle.

On Sunday the Road Run departs as a convoy and travels down the main street of Gundagai (at approximately 10:00am), then enters the highway, at Tumblong they turn on to Sylvia's Gap Rd, at the end all turn around to head back to the showgrounds ether via the way they came or via Adelong-Tumut-Gundagai.
