Carols in the Park

Carols in the Park is one of Gundagai's most loved community traditions, bringing families, friends, and visitors together for a relaxed and joyful evening under the summer sky. Held in the beautiful surrounds of Carberry Park, this free event captures the true spirit of Christmas with live music, festive cheer, and a warm community atmosphere.

The evening begins from 6pm, with a delicious BBQ available thanks to local volunteers, giving everyone the chance to enjoy an easy dinner before the carols begin. Children will be thrilled with a special visit from Santa, who always brings plenty of smiles and excitement. As the sun sets, the park transforms into a magical gathering place filled with laughter, and the sounds of Christmas favourites.

The musical program features performances by talented local artists Riley Lott and Micha Glazebrook, who will take to the stage to share a mix of classic and modern carols. They will be joined by the Gundagai Community Choir, whose harmonies add a heartfelt and uplifting touch to the night. Families are encouraged to bring picnic rugs, chairs, and their best singing voices to join in.
